Trust & readiness

Words we mean literally.

Stage words become useless when they are stretched. Ours are load-bearing: they name what exists, what still blocks use, and what we refuse to claim.

01 — The vocabulary

A gate is evidence. A date is only a promise.

Three status words carry the whole company. Each names what exists and what it commits us to withhold.

Pre-launch

Built, locally rehearsed and being proven against real workflows before it is sold more broadly.

Commits us to: working flows in a demo; public acquisition kept off until connected payment, restore, support, legal and company-control gates pass.

iPhone beta

A pre-release build with useful local flows and missing pieces stated alongside them.

Commits us to: no App Store, cloud, account, delivery or read claim without evidence; native handoff is called sharing, not delivery.

In research

A product question being tested with instruments and gates, not an available consumer service.

Commits us to: no mock result presented as analysis, no launch date, and no score until real-player feasibility passes.

02 — Ownership

The product should not take over the relationship.

Each product is designed so the customer keeps what is theirs.

Academy

The club’s business stays the club’s.

Academy is designed so a club keeps its member relationship, connects its own payment account, and can export its operating records. The per-club Mollie route exists in code but is not yet enabled or production-proven; that gate is stated rather than hidden.

Vision

The athlete’s footage stays under their control.

Vision is local-first. Its current share route is the iPhone share sheet: a deliberate handoff by the owner. Vision records that the handoff completed, not that a recipient received or read it.

03 — What we won’t claim

Absence is information.

These are the claims we deliberately do not make until the evidence exists.

No fake scale

No customers, revenue or public availability that do not exist yet — and no “trusted by”, testimonials, logos or invented metrics.

No unearned score

No Challenge score, rank or percentile that its evidence cannot defend, and no “delivered” or “read” when an artifact was only handed to iOS.

No premature offer

No public purchase or self-serve acquisition before commercial and control gates pass, and no launch date offered in place of product evidence.

04 — The company details

Small, registered and not pretending otherwise.

The person describing the limits is the person doing the work.

The straight version

Ask the difficult questions.

Every route is an email to a person who can answer them.
