01 / Operations

Pre-launch

Who it is for: Owners and operators of commercial tennis parks, schools, clubs and youth programmes.
The job: Run enrollment, memberships, courts, programmes, payments, families and communication in one operating record.
What works today: Role-specific web surfaces, core club operations, tenant controls and a fail-closed new-club setup path exist in the build. Local migration and release rehearsals pass.
What does not, yet: Public acquisition is disabled. Connected payment, restore, provider, support and company-control acceptance still need external proof. The generic native app is a separate gate.
Payment ownership: The implementation is designed for each club to connect its own Mollie account. That generic route is not yet enabled or production-proven.
Runs on: Responsive web/PWA. A generic native app is not publicly available; native identity, distribution and physical-device acceptance remain gated.

02 / Technique

iPhone beta

Who it is for: Coaches and players who need to inspect a movement clearly.
The job: Record or import, isolate the stroke, lock contact, compare two clips, annotate and share an owner-directed artifact.
What works today: Clip and session organisation, aligned compare, pose and angle analysis, telestration, voice-over clips, a local feedback thread and native iOS sharing.
What does not, yet: No public App Store release, Contakt-hosted account, automatic backup, cross-device sync, push, secure delivery link or read receipt.
Data boundary: Footage and feedback are local-first. Sharing means iOS completed a handoff chosen by the owner; it does not mean delivered or read.
Runs on: iPhone pre-release builds.

03 / Play

In research

Who it is for: Recreational racket-sport players — later, if the evidence earns a product.
The job: Record a controlled take and compare its movement style with a rights-cleared reference, without pretending to grade technique.
What works today: Capture, import, local storage, take splitting, review, recovery and an explicit analysis-unavailable state work in code. Internal scoring instruments exist behind the gate.
What does not, yet: No consumer score on real footage, validated reference, account, social service, moderation operation, purchase, public ranking or App Store presence.
Evidence boundary: The existing corpus failed the frozen comparison gate. Simulator and synthetic tests do not replace a consented physical-device cohort.
Runs on: Internal iPhone builds and engineering labs.
